My shipping information is incorrect, how do I fix this?

Please email us your correct shipping information at customerservice@veranoactive.com. In the event your order has not been processed, we will do our best to accomodate and email you a confirmation of this change. If the email to request a change in shipping information is received after your order has been processed, please contact the courier for a redirection.
I have not received my parcel, what do I do?
Delays with our courier may occasionally occur, especially during sale or peak holiday periods. We ask that you allow up to 14 days to receive domestic orders.
