At Verano Active, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. 

Change of mind

For change of mind or incorrect sizing, you are able to return your items for store credit within 30 days from receipt of purchase, given the items meet our Conditions for Return. 

  • Refunds will not be provided for change of mind or incorrect sizing returns
  • Refunds will only be provided for items that arrive faulty 
  • Items marked down by 40% or more from their original price are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit
  • All items remain the responsibility of the buyer until the return package is received by Verano Active

Conditions for Return

In order for your return request to be accepted, your items must satisfy all of the requirements listed below:

  • Must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged
  • Must have original packaging and all tags attached in a resaleable condition
  • Must be free of fragrances (i.e. perfumes, body odour, laundry detergent, etc.)
  • Must be free of stains (i.e. make-up, self-tanner, sweat stains, etc.)
  • Must be free of debris (i.e. human hair, pet hair, glitter, etc.)
  • Gift cards and underwear are final sale and are excluded from return and exchanges

To start your return, please contact us via email (customerservice@veranoactive.com). All returns must be requested and accepted via email before processing.

Exchanges

Exchanges are currently not available.

If an exchange of size, colour or style is required, please request a return for store credit and place a new order for the correct items. All items must meet our Conditions for Return.

Faulty Items

At Verano Active, we pride ourselves in the quality of our products and service. Each item goes through thorough inspection and multiple levels of quality control before it is shipped. In the rare event we miss a fault in our product, please contact customer service via email to initiate your return.

Refunds are offered for faulty items. Faulty items requested for refund must be returned back to and received by Verano Active before any monetary amount is refunded. A shipping label will be provided, free of charge, for faulty product returns. The refund amount will reflect the purchase cost of the faulty item only, the original shipping cost of the item is not eligible for refund. 

Please include the following information in emails regarding faulty items:

  • Subject the email with ‘Faulty item’
  • Include your order number
  • Describe the nature of the faulty item
  • Attach clear photos of the entire product showing the fault AND a close-up photo of the fault
  • Specify if a refund or replacement of product is preferred

Store Credit

Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card to the original email address of purchase, and is valid for 365 days from the date of issue.

Important Note

Emails are responded to in chronological order as they are received. Please refrain from sending multiple emails to avoid delays in receiving a response.

Returns will be processed as soon as the return package is received by Verano Active. Please allow up to 7 days for your returns to be processed. 

Longer processing times may occur during sale and holiday periods.
